Really enjoy working with the Astoria Charm team. Great example would involve people illegally dumping on part of a property. The Astoria team not only cleaned it all up they installed fencing to permanetly resolve the issue. This helped the tenants and the neighbors.

I wasn't going to write this review but these people are scams and people need to know who they're dealing with. When you move out of there property they will keep your security deposit when there's nothing wrong with the property. I lived in one of their properties for a year. I had to put in a maintenance request every week for something that needed to be fixed, up until the day I moved out. The whole year my bedroom was in my living room I didn't use the two bedrooms that were in the basement at all. The house made me sick physically, and mentally. These people have changed their name and location 3 times within a year. These are the people I communicate with and addresses... They used to be (INFINITE MANAGEMENT GROUP) NAMES.. Scott Allen Scott Erhlich Nick Mike Melissa ADDRESSES... 5 Glyndon Ave 4903 Belair Rd. 21206 7121 Park Heights Ave. #504 Now they're ASTORIA CHARM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 1714 St Paul St STE 3C, Baltimore, MD 21202 I moved out nothing was wrong with my apartment, no holes in the walls no nothing. I WASN'T NOTIFIED UNTIL 12/11/23 I RECEIVED INFORMATION BY CERTIFIED MAIL ABOUT NOT RECEIVING MY SECURITY DEPOSIT, letter dated 11/23/23 was post marked dated for 12/06/23 that I received at my new address on 12/11/23) I WAS TOLD BY NICK AFTER THE WALK THROUGH (INSPECTION) THAT THERE ISNT A PROBLEM AS TO WHY I WOULDN'T RECEIVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK) **Landlord at Infinite Management/ Astoria Charm Property Management didn't return my security deposit in the amount of 1,350.00 after I moved out of apartment #1. At the time that I was living there the management company was infinite Management Group now it's Astoria Charm Property Management, they charged me $1,300.00 for paint scratches, wall holes, and $150.00 for claiming bathrooms& kitchen cabinets and a amount due balance of $43.85.There wasn't any problems with my apartment or my daughter's when we moved out, I have videos and pictures. I had a walk through with maintenance (Mr. Bob) he took a video also and said everything looks good. They're also claimed the same things for apt #2 where my daughter lived, is why she didn't get her security deposit back also. I did her walk through with Aaron (maintenance) he said everything was good, we never saw the landlord. She moved out in July 2023.How can we both be charged for the exact same things in two different apartments? I did the walk through for her apartment with Aaron ( maintenance).When I sent court papers through the mail they didn't respond. The sheriff was sent out to serve them papers but they weren't able to serve them because no one would come to the door. I wasn't going to keep paying to have them served for it to be non deliverable. Karma is all I'm going to say, the people who moved in after us probably destroyed the apartment forreal. Seems like y'all kept my security deposit to pay for all the work y'all had to do for having to dig up the yard for sewage problems, filling holes that you could see outside from inside that y'all made trying to fix the sewage problem. My daughter and serve an awesome God y'all will have to answer to Him. Be blessed
