Luis, César & Adrian did an amazing job with the maintenance and fixtures in my apartment. I’ve resided here for over 6yrs and they were the most pleasant, efficient & courteous workers I’ve met yet! They were fast and the work done was impeccable! Thank you!

Stonelink team provides top notch service! I really appreciate their professionalism, timeliness, transparency and accountability. All the things I would hope for and expect from a property manager and then some. They have helped my optimize my property through their extensive unit rehab/ flip and tenant selection process.
Special shoutout to Paulina M, Joe M, and Frank M for all your help!

Lionel just left and he did a great job! I am satisfied with the results and speed! I would like Lionel as a technician going forward because it was very easy with him to converse and letting him know whats going on and he was happy to oblige!
Thanks Lionel!

Luis (Cruz) was very helpful and professional. He would let me know what he was up to along each step of the way and took care of all the issues I asked his help with. I 100% recommend him!

Stonelink has been managing our property in RI for the past two years and they are incredible to work with. Specifically our property manager, Paulina, has always been extremely prompt and professional with anything we or our tenant has needed. We moved halfway across the country and the communication feels like we’re still just a 10 min drive from the office. I highly recommend her and the entire team if you are looking for a reputable company to trust with your most important assets!

Stonelink does an excellent job of managing my property. I did it myself for 15 years - wish I had found Stonelink sooner. They handle maintenance requests better than I ever did, and ensure that all units are rented at a fair market price. The tenants are very happy with Stonelink as well.

Adding a second review for another Meld that was done today. Luis Cruz stripped old paint that didn't match our original tub colors and then proceeded to touch up the chipped areas with the properly colored paint. The tub now looks like it is brand new. Excellent work Luis!
Prior review for Luis and Carlos concerning the work on the doors still stands.
Great work done by everyone on our apartment today.

The person who answers the phones for maintenance is very condescending. My heat has not been properly working for over three weeks. At night I am freezing. I have been sleeping with a heater in my bedroom because the heat is not coming upstairs. I touched the radiators, and it barely seems like they are warm. They sent a maintenance person out the first one changed the wiring on my old and deteriorating furnace and said that he would put in a request for a new furnace. The heat worked for about a week and then back to no heat. The guy answering the phone made me so uncomfortable I don’t even want to call back. It was almost as if he thought I was lying and I felt as though I was begging for this property management company to fix the issue. And it was a pretty much well he did this this and this, so I don’t know what to tell you. This weekend was a very cold weekend. I set my heat at 74 when I woke up in the morning went downstairs. The thermostat read 62 and it felt like 52. My front door is very old so on top of the heat, not dispersing correctly. I have a lot of cold air coming through my front door as well and water when it rains. I would like to speak to someone else and not the person that answers the phone for maintenance.
*July 16th* I would love to call and speak with the actual owner but getting a hold of anyone on the phone is just not an option. I had a maintenance worker come out to fix my porch light and my door the other day and I got them on camera going upstairs into my bedrooms and nothing ever got fixed. There’s no storm door up there. It was explained that there was an issue with whoever put in the work order. But as a female it is unnerving. They rescheduled the work order for today to fix the storm door and porch light. I take two hours off of work Because now I don’t feel comfortable with any of your maintenance people in my apartment by themselves. It was scheduled between 3 and 5 PM it’s currently after 6 PM. No communication at all.No one has showed up. You really need to hire better people because this maintenance company that you guys use is absolutely horrible. What am I supposed to do miss more hours when you guys decided you actually do want to come and fix the issues? Who’s going to pay me for the time I missed at work. You dropped the ball with no heat but now you just keep dropping the ball. It’s really showing you guys want the rent money and you really don’t care about your residents. All kind of debris and water comes through my door when it rains and I’m putting that out there because I will not be held liable for any water damage to your floors because your maintenance department can’t get it together. I pay my own utilities so I’m wasting energy as well.
