The first property manager I had with them, my contractor told me he was going around telling people it was his house, when it was not, it was mine. The second property manager was better. But let’s talk about how one of my units was vacant for almost a month, I asked, no applicants, later to find out they never listed the unit. Then placed under qualified tenants with no credit score on who I’ve already lost 6k on, 4k in missing rent payments and 2k for an eviction lawyer. Overall on the property I’d typically profit 1k per month, with all their tacked on cleaning fees, repaint and whatever bs, they completely ate up all my profits and now I stuck trying to evict a tenant for the past 4 months. They are a nightmare. I managed the property better than them from across the country. Just do your own property management, it’s not worth it with them. They also recently rebranded, I wonder if it’s due to past negative reviews.

I cannot say anything nice at the moment about Stonelink, with hope they will rectify these property issues. However. With that being said, Oscar, who came to assist with my door knob issue was absolutely fantastic. He did a wonderful job and I'm very thankful that he came. He also took the bucket of salt that was unusable and also was able to give me an answer to let me know that they should be coming out at some point in time to take care of the salt and the snow that we have on the property. I will update my review when things have changed.

They lure you in with the affordable rent. But you end up paying a lot more because you are responsible for water, sewer, trash, heat and electricity. Mind you it’s an apartment. Which doesn’t have separate meters or boilers for each unit. So, I wonder how can they determine how much usage each unit is using. I been living in my apartment for 6 months and after the 3 day its been problem after problem. I received a bill for a trash violation the 3rd day of me moving in. When I didn’t even have trash yet and it was never reimbursed after me making several calls to the property management. I went 5 months without usage of my oven missing out on cooking for the holidays for my family. Due to there being mice urine and feces inside and through the oven. It was finally replaced in January. But once the old oven was moved you could see what the apartment looked like before they covered it up with paint and flooring. Everything in my unit is outdated and old. And it’s like pulling teeth for the owner to approve repairs. My cabinets don’t close and were glued together. I literally have to put a kitchen towel between the doors for them to stay shut. My bathroom is very outdated and old with the tub leaking down stairs to which my children and I can’t shower. And was told not to shower as much. What ever that means. And it’s been about three weeks now. There is no heat in my unit but for some reason my gas bill is so high. We can’t bath or use heat but it’s high. I can’t help but to think something isn’t adding up. There is something leaking in the walls as well. All throughout the day and night you hear leaking sounds behind my bed post and the ceilings. I don’t know if the pipes are old but you can see water spots on my ceiling that weren’t there before. Some maintenance staff are not knowledgeable or qualified for the job and has caused damage to my unit and tried to put the blame on another establishment when they service my unit. Which was false. And it was definitely them. They ruined one thing that made me want to rent the unit. Which was the floors. The flooring was very neat. You can tell that they never renovated this property that’s why everything is falling apart. It’s still in its original state from when I was a child and my cousin lived here and I’m 38. Only thing they did was put floors down and mine to they didn’t even clean the floors before flooring them. There was so much mice feces and mice carry diseases.

Stonelink has been managing our property in RI for the past two years and they are incredible to work with. Specifically our property manager, Paulina, has always been extremely prompt and professional with anything we or our tenant has needed. We moved halfway across the country and the communication feels like we’re still just a 10 min drive from the office. I highly recommend her and the entire team if you are looking for a reputable company to trust with your most important assets!

Stonelink does an excellent job of managing my property. I did it myself for 15 years - wish I had found Stonelink sooner. They handle maintenance requests better than I ever did, and ensure that all units are rented at a fair market price. The tenants are very happy with Stonelink as well.
