Unlike traditional lenders, we do not require income documentation, and we do not report loans on your personal credit. Instead, we close loans in the name of your business entity, allowing for greater flexibility and privacy. While we do not have a minimum credit score requirement, your credit score does influence the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio we can offer.

We will fund 1-4 Units, 5+ Units, Mixed Use, Office, Storage, Retail, Wearhouse, Storage, Assisted Living, Daycare and Automotive. We are a direct lender with the ability to broker any transaction that doesn't fit in our wheelhouse. Preapprovals issued in 24 hours or less. We also only use a soft pull to qualify the guarantor.
