My experience with Patricia from Keyvest Reality was not good at all. I was on the Buyers side in the deal. The ATAC concerns were not completed timely. The agent mentioned was rude, snarky, and continued to insinuate that we “wouldn’t be closing on time” which WE DID! 24 hrs before closing there was still HOA fines due(why did the Listing agent not know that prior?) Overall I hope the team at Keyvest holds themselves accountable and treats every deal with Great importance
