RPM Has been wonderful to work with. They helped me evict a tenant who essentially destroyed the house and promptly refurbished the house and got it back on the market. I highly recommend this property management company!

This is what they do. Property 21 N Woodworth Ave has an add on which is the garage turned into a living area. It gets hotter than hell and RPM didnt help they told me to get a hotel. I have all messages from them. Also because I brought up legal advice Barbara the owner refuse to help me and my family. I have videos of the property when i moved out how I left the property! And this property have really big cactuses in the back yard your kids can’t do much out there because they are dangerous. Every time my kids would kick a ball in the back yard it would get destroyed by the cactus. Kindly asked if they can remove them they declined. I don’t know how these people put 5 stars they HAVE TO BE FRIENDS & FAMILY OR PAID PEOPLE TO LEAVE REVIEWS!! TRUST ME I KNOW THE GAME! Response to Barbara: You are a two face! You talk to tenants a certain way and you are despicable! I MADE YOU AWARE OF MY MEDICAL CONCERNS AND COMPLETELY DISMISSED IT AND STILL PROCEEDED TO TELL ME GET A HOTEL!! Yea you let us use a portable air conditioner that didn’t do nothing. I DIDNT LIVE IN MY LIVING AREA ALL SUMMER LONG WE ALL HAD TO SIT AT THE DINNING TABLE ALL SUMMER BECAUSE HOW HOT THIS HOUSE GETS!!!! I went to two different properties at two different locations. Both were located in safe areas and the lady who came to show me the property was nice and professional. However said she could not answer any question about the property she was only there to show the homes.i feel showing the homes should also include answering questions about the property. Over all I had a pleasant experience.

RPM was fantastic to work with. The moving in / moving out process was very smooth. The team at RPM always communicated effectively. Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner. The maintenance crews or the vendors they work with all do good work. RPM uses AppFolio which made paying rent or filing maintenance requests really easy. My unit was in an HOA and RPM was good about managing that relationship. If you’re a home owner or renter, I definitely recommend working with RPM if you can.
