They walked away and cancelled a refi loan a week before closing. I needed to scramble to get a new loan in one week, almost costing me the deal and the house. They had all the info well in advance and last minute made a determination that the loan requested is below their minimum and falls out of their guidelines. complete BS, Terrible service. Save the headache and find a reputable lender instead of these amateurs

I did my very first SFH flip in central CA with Kiavi, in the 11th hour the wholesaler disclosed a more sensitive timeline, and wee were able to close in less then 2 weeks with a 90% LTV product. Communication was excellent with my loan officers Stephanie and Andrew throughout the whole process and am excited to doing my next flips with Kiavi!

Easy funding for my real estate projects. Love the fact that it can all be done online. Their website has beautiful Ui and is very easy to navigate. Also the staff is extremely helpful and responsive. My loan manager Haley Deffenbaugh is great as well! Highly recommended for any real estate projects you need quick funding on.

If I could give a ZERO that's what they'd get. I have never dealt with a less responsive lender. NO communication with the borrower or myself as Realtor. They supposedly ordered an appraisal 6 weeks ago and for some reason the first one wasn't to their liking so they ordered a 2nd one. 6 weeks we are sitting and waiting. You can't even leave a voicemail on the voicemail of the person who is now assigned as Customer Satisfaction whatever that is. The first guy quit but nobody told us. The loan processor actually told me she's not allowed to tell me who the new loan officer is. What kind of a scam business is this? There is nobody here who is satisfied. This place is completely bush league. Whoever is writing their positive reviews is getting paid.

I am about to close my 4th loan with Kiavi and they have been phenomenal to work with to say the least. Nick and Robert are my two guys and their communication is always on point. They go above and beyond to make these transactions seamless and a good experience. As a long time real estate investor, I wish I would have found them and used them years ago.
