Closing day has come and gone and I cannot get a straight answer as to why the underwriter hasn't communicated with the loan analyst or the customer experience manager I have been working with. Both of which are now telling me to check with the other one or "I'll send another email to the UW" after waiting for hours to hear back from them in the first place. I decided to go with Kiavi over three other DSCR lenders and I completely regret it. Thankfully this isn't a purchase or a client I am working for or I would be furious. Hopefully I can get one of the other companies I didn't choose to work with to refinance this property as soon as possible or it will cost me thousands.
