Nadiyah is an experienced Real Estate investor , Real Estate Agent, and Short Term Rental Owner. She is also NACA and Accredited Buyer certified while focusing on accessing off-market residential, multi-family and commercial properties as well as partnership opportunities. She has assembled a network of attorneys, sub-contractors, title agencies, home inspectors, architects, engineers, and lenders to make the home buying process as seamless as possible. Nadiyah was an amazing realtor. From the jump. She was a referral from a client of mines and I’m so glad she referred her. She got us closed in less than two months listened to our wants and needs and gave us just that! She was attentive and very efficient!

Nadiyah was the perfect realtor 🌟 I could not have imagined getting through this process without her help. She explained everything to me every step of the way and made sure I was on board through each part of the home buying process. She linked me with amazing lenders and an excellent attorney who was available every time I called to have my deal run efficiently and smooth. She did full inspections on the house and ran the comp prices of other homes in my area to make sure I was buying my move in ready home for the right price. She also surprised me and my family with the perfect house warming 🎁. We are beyond thankful for her. I wish her all the best in her real estate journey and more success

Nadiyah is my go-to agent when looking for new investment properties and finding tenants to put in them. My units have never been on the market longer than 15 days. If you're looking for an Investor friendly agent that is not only knowledgable on state programs and tenant laws, but also an investor herself. You NEED to work with her. I'm a client for life.

Nadiyah Malbon was a stellar agent, and my family and I are convinced that we would not have had such a smooth transaction without her professionalism, attention to detail, and go-getter attitude.
We chose a renovation loan that was a bit more complicated than a standard conventional loan and had a very difficult seller who turned every step of the process into a hurdle. We were very pleased with the way Nadiyah made sure to assist us throughout it all, going above and beyond to remove obstacles before they could prevent us from closing. She is intelligent and proactive, and I can honestly say that with her as your agent, you will be in very capable hands.

I had the pleasure of working with Nadiyah on a recent transaction. Her professionalism and communication made the entire process come together. She took the time to help our clients navigate through a complex purchase, which featured a renovation mortgage, a contractor and HUD Consultant, and a seller who was having issues evicting his tenant. If you're looking for a reliable and effective real estate agent to help with your purchase or sale, I couldn’t recommend Nadiyah enough.

Nadiyah is top notch! She exceeded my expectations as a real estate agent. From our initial conversation, she seamlessly accommodated my busy schedule, by offering to view places and providing insightful feedback. Her advice on homes aligning with my investment goals was invaluable. I recently closed on a property and she was there at the closing table cheering me on. And EVEN after closing she is still in my corner! Because of her expertise and professionalism I will for sure be working with her again.

Nadiyah was such a pleasure to work with. With this being my first time selling a home I had very little knowledge on the process. Nadiyah was extremely knowledgeable and maintained immense professionalism throughout the entire process. Her vibrant personality made it very easy to work with her. Not only was she personable, but she was extremely patient and responsive - all in which you need when dealing with clients that may be going through a stressful period in life. Due to all of her amazing attributes the process was seamless. If you are looking for an agent to get the job done and is on your side, I would highly recommend.
