With extensive experience in nearly every type of real estate transactions including both residential and commercial properties; from property management and leasing to development, acquisition, financing, conversion, renovation, trust accounting, and sales, AIM will consult, support, and deliver for you. AIM has been very fortunate to work with some of the best industry leaders in the Southeast. We have learned how to care for physical assets and do so as if they were ours. We take pride in where our residents (homeowners, renters) live and where our commercial clients and customers work. AIM Real Estate Management has a sister company, delivering on the same values as the management firm, offering agency & brokerage services to buyers and sellers, developers, investors, through AIM REAL ESTATE SALES. We consider each interaction an opportunity for partnership, to create lasting "win-win" scenarios where everyone understands their role and responsibility and is working towards the same goal. This approach is for all customers/clients both internal to AIM and external (you). I cannot recommend AIM Real estate management enough. They are very professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of renting your property. They collect rent, manage maintenance, preform inspections and prepare tax documents in a timely manner. They have also lined up follow on tenants before the current tenants’ lease expire. Peace of mind is how I would sum them up. Fantastic company. Josh rocks never let him go!

Kevin and his team are great! Josh on his team is super helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for a rental property or have a property that you want to rent. They have a great network and I would highly recommend them.

Aim decided to take half of my deposit because of a dusty light fixture, a broken refrigerator drawer( that was caused by it being already handed to us broken ) and $300 in labor fees. Even after explaining how ludicrous the costs were they stood by them. They took the money because they could. It’s that easy. Tenants beware. Moldy windows, soft spots on floor, and leaky ceilings. Josh Q, Marlene or something along those lines. Even spoke to Kevin Quat the president of the company. None of them care about my concerns. And they definitely will take every penny of your deposit if they can

I've had every ounce of confidence in AIM for some time now. As a local property owner this is the only team I've ever truly trusted and will recommend for Hilton Head property management. Kevin and Angie have always had a clear focus and direction for my rental property. Josh has been proactive in communicating the ins and outs of the industry. Their overall insight helps me navigate the local rental market when honestly, I was a little bit lost and deceived previously. I had hurricane concerns and Marlon stepped in to bolster my property and calm all my worries. With other management this has never happened. Now all has been super professional and better than expected. Thanks AIM!

This management company took $915 from my friends deposit. From the reviews this management doesn't like to manage the properties properly and ethically. This is one on those companies who likes to sit all day and when the time comes take you for every single penny. They charged for dust. DUST! And they will always hit back with an excuse. No. No excuse to work unethically. DO NOT RENT from this management. They WILL screw you over. The place was given the way they were handed the apartment. They had pictures and everything. But they will still use any excuse to charge.

I would like to especially thank Angie for being so on top of everything when I need things done she is so kind and caring. I have been working with Josh Q for years now and he is by far the best and most efficient property manager I have ever worked with. His genuine care for the home owners along with ensuring any services that are provided for them are of the highest quality is a great attribute to have. Call AIM. They are the best around!

Very poor management. Lack of upkeep on the building has caused numerous issues, including many roof leaks into several units. When it happened to mine they told me to call my HVAC company, which I did, and they confirm my HVAC unit was not the cause, the leaking roof was. Now AIM is refusing to reimburse me for that visit, which I never would have had if their roof hadn’t leaked. My HVAC unit has been properly maintained according to my lease. Just one of the many issues over the past 3 years I’ve rented there. They refused to trim trees that completely covered our signage (until recently), the doors to the units are in such bad shape most people have to chain them closed, and the leaking roof (which they have known about for years) caused our insurance to go up SIGNIFICANTLY, which in turn gets paid for by, you guessed it, the RENTERS. Definitely will not renew my lease with them and wouldn’t rent with them in the future.
