Adam Campo Real Estate makes it to where everyone can be a landlord. As a 1st time landlord I was very nervous about coming up with my own system, but they take the guesswork out of everything. They allow you to be involved to whatever level you want from doing repairs on your own to completely hands free w a spreadsheet at the end of the month, and a deposit in my account. Adam and Maura have been amazing to work with as property managers. They are always attentive to our needs as tenants. Their maintenance contractors always solved any issues. Loved loved loved using them as property managers and would not hesitate to use them again.

We had the misfortune of having the realtor, Katie. She seemed nice and pleasant until she was not. We had an emergency come up and needed to postpone signing papers. She threatened us with penalties and jail time if we did not show up. Needless to say, losing an immediate family member and being threatened on the same day was not a great memory of purchasing this house. She lied to us because she could not wait for her commission and instead of being a normal human being and understanding, she got ugly over the phone. I’ve worked with two other realtors after this abominable experience and my experience was worlds different. When I spoke to those realtors, they were appalled that she would be so unprofessional and irrational. You want your home buying experience a memorable one. Especially if this is your first home purchase. You don’t want a realtor threatening you on the phone minutes after finding out someone passed. It’s taken me a while to review but I would rather others know than to keep this to myself. I don’t want anyone else having to experience such a shocking person. After this situation, I continued getting phone calls for months from her “assistant.” They continued to ask me if I was in the market for a home (rolling eyes).

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Adam and his staff make you feel like you’re family. Every time I called he never made it feel like he was too busy. If you want to list a house and sell it fast this is the place to go. Above and beyond doesn’t even come close to the experience you’ll have with them.

Adam helped us not only find our dream home, but referred us to a great mortgage company, a very thorough home inspector, and even helped us facilitate repairs after the closing. He didn't even charge for the extra work. I can't say enough good things.
