I have been dealing with PMI management for 2 years now and have had great experinces with them.Mike let me out of my 1st lease early due to medical reasons and put my family into a more suitable home for me at no extra cost.The office staff is very friendly and easy to deal with.I currently need a bigger home and will be staying with PMI with they have 1 become available.Their homes are also very reasonably priced.

Rented from them for a couple years. They do what they want. They were helpful at times. But my home was illegally evicted then my belongings were taken back. Not all my belongings were there & the comfortability changed as well. I moved out, have to proceed with small claim court to get my deposit back. & it’s holiday season, so very unethical. I wouldn’t recommend anyone rent through them if life permits. To add to it. My home never had the right to occupancy which means monetary action should’ve taken place. However, now I’m obtaining legal action. Just be careful, yes we all need a place to stay but right is right wrong is wrong!

I’m literally getting the run around. Submitted an application two weeks ago and she had told me that she’s printed my app and sent it to someone twice they do no answer the phone I have to call at least 4 times a day before I can get ahold of anyone. ***** update***** So this company took my money did not do a background check didn’t have any copies of anything I sent over but told me I was declined! The clerk couldn’t find any paper work and she couldn’t answer any questions I asked. I didn’t get any email notification that a background check was being performed (like all other companies and also stated in docusign) after I paid that was the only confirmation or email I got after that I received nothing

We own our own home now but had a great experience renting from them last year.. as long as your rent is paid they won’t bother you. They are much more affordable than other rentals in the area. Whenever we needed a repair done maintenance was very quick to respond! Definitely recommend!

I'm a current tenant and I will not be renewing my lease next April. Here's why they just don't. Anything you think an apartment rental company should do. THEY DON'T. I rent an apartment but still have to pay to get my grass cut and snow removed. I believe bugs are eating the wood floor in the living room. I told that if pest control was to come out. I would have to pay for the services and if I didn't pay and let the bugs eat the floor they would come out and fix the floor. So you will fix a floor that terminates are eating so they can eat it again? Don't make no sense. My refridgetor is leaking and making a funny noise. "We don't replace appliances" WHAT DO YOU DO?! NOTHING! They make sure rent is paid on time. If I was you I would move anywhere else.. maybe hell. That's probably better.

They just rented 2016 Tuscula to Latrele Middleton from 201 Hastings which is just down the road. her and her family are currently being evicted from there and the house is completely trashed outside to inside nice background work PMI I hope the owner of 2016 Kelvin Thompson doesn't mind watching his $46k investment get destroyed. Again nice work PMI I'm sure the neighbors will be really happy to watch thier neighborhood go down the drain. Hey look on the bright side PMI you'll have more houses to rent, from the mass exodus of people leaving the neighborhood.
