Michael is simply the best. Over the past few months, he's helped me buy an amazing AirBNB investment property as well as sell my old house in Seattle for top dollar. Checking out prospective properties with Michael was a great opportunity to not only get an idea of the location but to also understand the insights that Michael provides regarding house hacking. Michael has the knowledge not only as a profound realtor but also as a fellow house hacker himself. He was able to point out quick gotchas and also helped analyze and confirm the numbers with me! Truly the best experience one could ask for! I came into the Seattle market with minimal knowledge, looking to do a house hack. I had interviewed a number of realtors, but after speaking with Michael, there was no doubt I wanted him on my team. Just within our first 20-minute phone call, Michael provided such invaluable insights into the housing market that even through my rigorous online research and book reading, I couldn’t find.
Right off the bat, Michael was super responsive and continued to stay just as responsive every step of the way. I really felt that we were in this together and that we both were working towards the same goal: finding a house hack that fit my needs. There were times when we were in short time crunches and Michael was extremely dedicated in getting the work done ASAP in order to give us the best possible chance. He was also early to every appointment and made sure no time was wasted. He even kept things very organized for me.
To top it off, Michael has a ton of great experience not only as a realtor but as an investor too. He gave me such great insights into each of the processes that we went through, walking me through every step of the way. This included knowing the Seattle market and other surrounding markets extremely well, giving detailed estimates on repairs, and connecting me with local contractors and inspectors to help boost us even further ahead.
Saying that Michael went above and beyond would be downplaying just how much value he has brought to me. He was always open to answering any questions I had, which has allowed me to learn so much from the experience. Even after closing on the property, Michael continued to go out of his way to help me plan for future work that will help me achieve far beyond my expected goals.

Michael was exactly the kind of agent I was looking for, he was an investor-friendly agent. He helped my wife and I purchase our first home and investment property in Burien, WA and use it as a househack. His knowledge of the local market and the multiple REI strategies gave us the confidence to pull the trigger. This was my second time working with the Househack Seattle team, They only got better from the first and I will definitely be using them in the future. They're very resourceful and have connections to a variety of people, I was in the process of selling my home with them and my sewer line collapse. Within a few days they connected me with a sewer repair company that could fix my problem and receive payment out of escrow because I didn't have the funds to pay up front. overall great people over here who are great with communication and here to help you.

My wife and I worked with Michael to find a house hack in the Seattle area. Michael was very knowledgeable about every step in the process. For example, he helped us identify properties that would provide solid returns and identified ways that we could add value. Once we identified potential homes, Michael was also great because he helped us estimate renovation costs. So far, his estimates have been spot on. Finally, Michael was great in the negotiation phase. On the house we ended up purchasing, Michael took the time to write a fantastic offer letter that introduced our family and plans for the home to the seller. We heard back from the seller that this extra touch is partially why they accepted our offer. I'd recommend Michael to anyone interested looking for a home in the Seattle area (though I know he's knowledgeable of the Tacoma area as well). Especially would recommend Michael to people interested in having their home double as an investment.

Michael’s experience as a real estate agent and experience with his own investment properties was immensely helpful. He already had a network of contractors, property managers etc. which he had built over the years and graciously shared with us. Looking for and purchasing a property from out of state can be quite challenging. I had been looking for a real estate agent and had come across Househack Seattle. used Bradley to buy an out of state rental property in order to build my passive income. Bradley helped me analyze the numbers, check for important rental criteria, understand the local laws, and be my boots on the ground as an out of state investor. I bought this property during the crazy competitive market in 2021 and Bradley remained calm and focused during the whole process. Truly the best experience one could ask for! I came into the Seattle market with minimal knowledge, looking to do a house hack. I had interviewed a number of realtors, but after speaking with Michael, there was no doubt I wanted him on my team. Just within our first 20-minute phone call, Michael provided such invaluable insights into the housing market that even through my rigorous online research and book reading, I couldn’t find.
Right off the bat, Michael was super responsive and continued to stay just as responsive every step of the way. I really felt that we were in this together and that we both were working towards the same goal: finding a house hack that fit my needs. There were times when we were in short time crunches and Michael was extremely dedicated in getting the work done ASAP in order to give us the best possible chance. He was also early to every appointment and made sure no time was wasted. He even kept things very organized for me.
To top it off, Michael has a ton of great experience not only as a realtor but as an investor too. He gave me such great insights into each of the processes that we went through, walking me through every step of the way. This included knowing the Seattle market and other surrounding markets extremely well, giving detailed estimates on repairs, and connecting me with local contractors and inspectors to help boost us even further ahead.

This was my second time working with the Househack Seattle team, They only got better from the first and I will definitely be using them in the future. They're very resourceful and have connections to a variety of people, I was in the process of selling my home with them and my sewer line collapse. Within a few days they connected me with a sewer repair company that could fix my problem and receive payment out of escrow because I didn't have the funds to pay up front. overall great people over here who are great with communication and here to help you.

My wife and I worked with Michael to find a house hack in the Seattle area. Michael was very knowledgeable about every step in the process. For example, he helped us identify properties that would provide solid returns and identified ways that we could add value. Once we identified potential homes, Michael was also great because he helped us estimate renovation costs. So far, his estimates have been spot on. Finally, Michael was great in the negotiation phase. On the house we ended up purchasing, Michael took the time to write a fantastic offer letter that introduced our family and plans for the home to the seller. We heard back from the seller that this extra touch is partially why they accepted our offer. I'd recommend Michael to anyone interested looking for a home in the Seattle area (though I know he's knowledgeable of the Tacoma area as well). Especially would recommend Michael to people interested in having their home double as an investment.
