About us
Airbnb Co-hosting that gives you full control of your finances while a professional team handles everything for you. As investors ourselves, we know what it takes to make your short-term rental successful. Thorn Point Vacation Rentals has a dedicated, professional team with a decade of hospitality and Airbnb experience. We will coordinate cleaners, maintenance, all communication with guests, revenue management, and nearly everything else, so you can sit back and watch money roll into your bank account. All we need from you is to have the space ready to rent, and to take care of the utilities and regular maintenance (e.g. lawn care, trash service, and/or pest control). We are local to St. Louis, but have teams and systems to co-host remotely in select locations. Service options: 1. Full Service Co-Hosting: 20% commission (available in St. Louis, Tampa, South Bend, Topeka, Manhattan KS) 2. We’ve used 3 other property managers in the past and Thorn Point is by far the best. They pay you directly for each booking and don’t keep as escrow account, which we love, as it’s super financially transparent. They also made us way more money than any other company. They know how to do revenue management. You won’t regret handing your Airbnbs over to them.

I recently stayed at a Thorn Point Vacation Rentals property and I must give it five stars! It’s clear this family-run business puts a lot of heart into their rentals. The property was charming, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making my stay absolutely delightful. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. It’s wonderful to see such dedication and care in their service. If you’re looking for a cozy getaway with that personal touch, Thorn Point is the place to book. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a genuine home away from home experience!

Amazing rental property. We absolutely loved the amenities. They were professional, accommodating and went above and beyond for us. We have two young kids and they made sure to have extra amenities just for the kiddos. Very happy with them and we will book again!!!

This is a complete scam. We booked a rental house back in August before the hurricanes. After we heard the damages and power outages in Tampa we tried to cancel and get refunded. They refused to give any kind of refund and acted like the Hurricanes weren't a big deal. Then they told us that the property was without power but will be on by the time we arrive. We took a chance since we already paid the full amount. They stated 2 days before arriving that everything was good to go. Power was on and property didn't have any damage, looks just like it does online. We drove 14 hours to pull up to people cutting a big tree out the driveway and windows busted out the house. We couldn't even park in the driveway due to big limbs falling out the tree. Still they wouldn't do anything about it, told us the inside fine. Walked inside no more than 15 min and was disgusting. It stunk, dirty, and found toenails on the furniture. Their scammers period!!
