About us
I help Investors acquire and sell Single Family, Small (1-4 unit) and Large (5 to 100 unit) Multi-Family, Flips, BRRR's, House Hacks, Storage units, and Student Housing. Investors from across the country invest in Central Illinois Real Estate for Cash Flow. 75% of all my clients are investors. I started real estate investing in 2018 and I was terrified. I started with a $20,000 single family house because I was scared to do more than that. All the fears of a "Newbie" Investor: What if I lose money? I am not handy - who will fix something if it breaks? Where can I find a good deal? How do I even know its a good deal? Who can help me find management?lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, private lenders, insurance, etc. Today, I have overcome those fears and have ownership in over 300 apartments units. I made a ton of mistakes during those first two years (including losing $40,000 on my first flip 😭😭). I have scaled up from single family homes, to 2-4 unit, to 5+ unit to being a general partner on a 125 unit apartment Syndication, but that's enough about me - I want to help you. I have many first time and veteran realtors not only invest in Central Illinois but build incredible wealth through real estate. I have been licensed since 2019. Unlike many agents, I love working with investors and I invest myself. I am ready to help you buy or sell income property in Central Illinois. J Leman was a pleasure to work with. As a local investor in the Champaign-Urbana area, he helped us sell a tenant occupied property in short amount of time. His expertise in the market provided great insight on a solid listing price that would get the property sold quickly. Not only did he help get the property under contract at a great price but he also handled all of the coordination with title companies and attorneys making it basically a hand free transaction for us. J is an amazing realtor, he got us exactly what we wanted in our home search. Also set us up with a financial advisor so we can get the right loan that was for us had us all approved before we even started looking for a house. If you want things done quickly, efficiently and honestly J is the person for the job

This guy is truly the real deal. Many can show you housing on the market, but only a few can help you buy a good deal, including off-market and, even more, doing it creatively, which means buying a property in ways many don’t seem possible. I have seen and done multiple deals with J; his relationship with the sellers, buyers, banks, and great general contractors is his secret weapon. J is your best option if you can't afford rookie mistakes.
