At Evergreen Property Management we provide a hands-off, passive income experience for our investor clients while keeping you fully informed of rental events at your property. Investors come to us if they are experiencing management burnout from self managing, is afraid of potentially not complying with the multitude of laws and ordinances, or if they are looking for a new property management partner. My experience with Evergreen Property Management has been terrific. Eric is very knowledgeable and will go the extra step to make sure you are updated and well aware of the process.
Eric has a great system in place that is well organized and I trust him to find a great tenant and ensuring my properties are up to code and well kept. He will provide excellent service whether you are a tenant or owner.

Eric is extremely knowledgeable and professional when managing properties. He makes sure all properties are up to date with current county codes and requirements.
He is transparent and the systems would put any landlord at ease knowing their property is being properly managed.
