Cherie is amazing, she really diversifies and sets her self apart from other agents/brokers! For example the last property I bought was not something that would have been appealing at first glance! After being on the market for a few weeks she had talked me into viewing the property. 50k less than asking price, new roof before closing and 10 k in conversion from single family to duplex turned this property into $800 a month cash flow and 100k equity within 3 months. She definitely knows real estate and can see potential in properties many would overlook. Her resources, connections and expertise are invaluable

Before meeting Cherie, I was hesitant about the idea of investing in real estate and making it work for me, but after meeting Cherie, I gained the confidence to try my hand at becoming a buy & hold real estate investor. Cherie's knowledge was critical in giving me the confidence to follow through with my first home purchase and again with my second. The two homes that I've acquired are older homes that required minimal work to make ready for rental use. The first home's front unit alone covers the cost of the mortgage and a portion of the utilities. The back is currently being remodeled and upon completion should have the property cash flowing about $1k/per month. My second home cash flows about $600/month with my wife and I living in the back studio practically for free. I never imagined I'd have the financial freedom that I'm experiencing now thanks to Cherie.
