Until I hired Legacy Property Management of Silicon Valley, I did all my rental management myself. It is much easier now. No hassle looking for and qualifying a renter, answering trouble calls, and fixing the issues. LPM people are very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast to respond. Most importantly, they know the California rental laws and, potentially, keep me out of trouble. Highly recommended.

We’ve been renting under Legacy for over five years and it’s been such an amazing experience. Jeannie and Chris are awesome and have made our renting experience smooth sailing. They are quick with maintenance requests and responses. I would highly recommend Legacy.

Working with Stephen was the worst experience I've ever had in my rental history. He is unprofessional and unethical. If you apply to a property he's managing, you can expect him to lie to you and ignore your texts/calls. Don't waste your time, money, or energy applying to one of his properties.

I had a one year rental agreement that turned into 3 months because the unit became uninhabitable after an incident with the neighbor in Mountain View. They did NOT pay for temporary housing in the meantime. My partner and I were unhoused for about a month while going to work. The property manager(Mark) had his coworker(Jeannie) handle the situation. Stay away they just want your money!!!!
Yes I have the right property management company. This is an incident you(Legacy) cannot forget since law enforcement, the fire department and City of Mountain View were involved. This situation affected four of your previous tenants.

We are very lucky to find Derrick to help us purchase a house in Sunnyvale, the experience is very pleasant. Derrick is always available and communicated how each part of the whole home purchasing process would move forward.
