Until I hired Legacy Property Management of Silicon Valley, I did all my rental management myself. It is much easier now. No hassle looking for and qualifying a renter, answering trouble calls, and fixing the issues. LPM people are very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast to respond. Most importantly, they know the California rental laws and, potentially, keep me out of trouble. Highly recommended.
