I have been out of my apartment for a month and the company has decided to wrongfully charge me almost $300 for "cleaning charges" when I hired a professional cleaner to clean out the apartment along with 4 people total who worked together to help clean. I have yet to be provided with further detail in regards to what was not cleaned. When I rented from them originally they didn't even clean the apartment before I moved in and had rented it with burn marks in the wall outlets, nicotine dripping down the bathroom wall, broken appliances, water damage, banged up walls and doorways, broken heaters, shower was absolutely disgusting and so small when I was pregnant I hardly could use it. The first day I lived there someone was banging on my door for drug money, few months after my baby was born the neighbor was banging on my apartment window at 1am because we shoveled snow on her driveway so we had the police involved, a year into living there this same lady told us not to park in our spots because she didn't want her broken roof to fall on our cars. Sent it to the company they did nothing about it. Had a tree root come into my living room through the window and the company told me to handle it myself. There are many long lists of things I could go on about my experience with this company. I will not be paying your wrongful charges and have no problems bringing this case to court. I have plenty of documents to show damages that were already there and proof of a dirty apartment when I moved in. I have pictures of the apartment and videos of each room fully cleaned out, even threw away things that were left from the previous renters. You guys really need to get your things together and stop being so money hungry that you're ruining peoples lives and also take the charges down. I will also be bringing this issue to the BBB to further investigate the wrongfulness of your company.

I usually don't leave reviews but honestly with how much trouble I've had trying to rent from this company I feel like it's a must. As military we don't get much time to get into a house. All of our housing cost are covered. We are currently dealing with a problem we're my wife's credit score is slightly below the minimum of 650. She is a stay at home mom and doesn't have very much credit history. We are currently being denied due to this. They are requiring us to scramble for a cosigner and this is costing us hundreds in there application fees and our lodging that we currently have to pay out of pocket. We will have to look elsewhere for housing most likely and find somewhere else to keep our family while we look because the hotel we are staying at doesn't have any more room to keep us.
I want to add that I will be paying for the house and my credit does meet the minimum.

Great company! Quick to respond, assist, and follow up with any questions, repairs needed, etc in regards to our rental house. Everyone we’ve had interactions with have been professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them.

RPM recently became the property managers of the apartment buildings I live in. I requested some landscaping be done around the stairs and within a week it was completed. I haven't interacted much otherwise, but the couple people I've emailed and text regarding replacement of the smoke detectors were nice.

Tons of fees...cost about 500 just to move in and another $~1000 over the year for a couple cats.
“Resident benefits package” is next to useless but mandatory…
Property was absolutely filthy on move in, every surface needed a scrub.
Hired contractors do not respect current tenants. Leaving trash and smoking directly outside of my window.
Bag of trash left outside, as well as broken screen door. Place was just not cleaned up.
Inside is COVERED in a thick layer of dirt.
Back door doesn’t stay closed unless deadbolted.
Pushy leasing agents...Gloria and Sarah.
definitely trained to repeat "we have a lot of interest in the property".
Siding on house is rotten and infested with ants.
Cheap LVF slapped over rotting hardwood floors.
Most high reviews seem to be from landlords

We are very happy with RPM. They are responsive to our tenants needs and very timely. Jonathan helped us to get an attic access put in our home within a few days of us contacting him. Thanks to you and all the staff for keeping our property well maintained!
