Hi! My name is Koren. I am a Denver Metro Area agent, and I specialize in helping individuals achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. I have experience assisting buyers with single family residences, townhomes, condos, and small multifamily (2-4 unit) complexes. As an investor, I have personal experience with long term, mid term, and short term renting, BRRR, flipping, remodeling/renovating, nomad, and long term buy and hold strategies. I have a vast network of real estate specific contractors, tax assistance, legal assistance, property management, and other services. As a negotiation expert, I help my clients get the best deal possible. It brings me a pure joy getting into the weeds and getting my hands dirty at the negotiating table to get my clients the best deal possible. I enjoy working with a vast array of clients and tailoring a solution for their individual needs. Every buyer and seller is different, which is why I work closely with our clients to create unique strategies to reach their desired goals. From the initial consultation to the closing of my property, his professionalism and expertise were evident every step of the way. Koren possesses an exceptional knowledge of the local market trends and was instrumental in helping me navigate through the complexities of buying/selling a home. Koren is the best realtor in the business. During our housing search process he consistently made himself available day and night to field questions, and facilitate house viewings on short notice. As a result of his efforts, we were able to quickly identify what we wanted in a property and close on our new home. He additionally provided great insights during the close process, which allowed us to secure our home while obtaining ideal terms and conditions. Given the fact he owns several properties of his own, he really knows his stuff and is able to provide you with valuable insights from his first hand experience. 11/10 would recommend for all of your homebuying needs!
