Newton Property Management LLC is a property management firm established by Clint Newton. Clint set out on a goal to provide exceptional service to clients and recruited a team of like-minded professionals to help achieve that vision. By leveraging our combined years of experience and providing tailored real estate solutions, we’ve built decade-long relationships with owners, investors, tenant's, and other clients throughout Alabama and many out of state clients. We’re always studying the market, streamlining our operations, and creating new ways to help clients succeed. We consistently manage over 600 properties and are always ready to welcome new projects. I would recommend any property that is represented by Newton Property Management! They are very professional. They make themselves available to address your concerns and need. They go far and beyond to do their very best. I absolutely feel heard and taken well care of as a resident.

We've been in a Newton Properties home for a year, and are signing a lease for another.
My wife and I have been quite satisfied with this company. Every person we've dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
We asked if we could move in a day early, and they accommodated us. When we moved in on a weekend, we saw a few issues that needed to be addressed. They were there first thing on Monday. And the service technicians responded the same day whenever we've had issues.
My wife and I have both lived in places where the landlords didn't want to talk to us and treated every service request as a severe hardship.
We highly recommend Newton Properties.

I really enjoyed dwelling at the Property that rented with Newton Property Management. Very nice quality townhome. I do understand you can't make everybody happy, however Mr. Clint Newton reached out after I had an issue and he was more than willing to make right any wrongs that were applicable. I really appreciate the consideration and concern Mr. Newton showed towards me. I would definitely rent again with Newton Property Management.

I had the pleasure of working with Clint and both myself and fiancé had an experience that exceeded our expectations! We were met with a professional, kind, knowledgable, and respectful individual that made sure we found our dream home and made the process as easy as possible. Finding a new home is stressful, but I urge you to look into Newton Property Management!! As a Property Manager myself, I was “on the other end” myself as a prospect for the first time and I’m so glad I researched and found the best company to rent from!! You’ll definitely feel more like family than Just another renter after working with this company! 😊

We have been renting with Newton Property Management for a few years. They have been so incredibly easy to work with and respond to all inquiries and requests promptly. I've never had a problem with them and Vicki is particularly delightful. They have been so reliable and so very quick to fix any issues that arise.

Vicki manages 14 units for me in Athens AL.
She does a great job, if I have any issues with repairs,etc. I get a text from her right away. If I don't respond she'll follow up with a a phone call or email.
I live in California so it's good to know that the property is in good hands.
I would recommend Vicki and Newton Property Management to anyone who is looking for a high quality company to oversee their investment.
