I found Jennifer during a pinch when I had to replace my prior PM. I was overseas and she made the interview and transition process pretty seamless. I've been working with her to manage my property for the last 4 months and couldn't ask for a more attentive PM. The IT solutions she utilizes to manage the property make it easy as a landlord to see all my expenses and income. I would definitely recommend her.

I had a hard time finding a property manager in N. Virginia who I thought was knowledgeable about property maintenance, home repairs, the real estate market, was reliable, trustworthy, and pleasant, and was reasonable and respectful with tenants -- then I finally found Jennifer at Hands On Homes Property Mgt. She does a great job. I feel confident living in another state that my property is being looked after well.
