About us
As a veteran lender with over 20 years' experience and investor of over 15 years, I've come to learn the unique needs of individual investors who have unique profiles. Well versed in financial concepts, infinite banking and HELOC strategies, my unique 1st and 2nd lien HELOC product offerings aid to help capitalize, increase liquidity and setup for future passive income asset acquisitions. Originally from CT now residing in Nashville, I'm licensed to originate HELOC's, Conventional, Non-QM and DSCR in multiple states and our company is in 49 states.

Dan spent a good deal of time on the phone with me and doing a presentation on computer teaching me about different financing options available. He was very helpful and made these complicated topics easy to understand. I highly recommend Dan to anyone.

Dan was a tremendous help to us when we refinanced our home. He gave us terrific guidance and assistance throughout to get the process completed quickly, and he made sure that we understood what was happening during each step of the process. Even after our refi was completed, Dan has continued to provide valuable information to us and we would not hesitate to do business with him again in the future. Highly recommended!

Dan was super helpful and honest as we went through the process of purchasing our first home. We couldn’t use him the first year we purchased because he agreed that the initial lender’s deal was too good to pass up. A year later, we decided to refinance, and Dan was able to offer us great savings! I appreciate how he supported and guided us throughout our home purchase even when he wasn’t our initial lender. He built a relationship with us that stuck.
