About us
As a veteran lender with over 20 years' experience and investor of over 15 years, I've come to learn the unique needs of individual investors who have unique profiles. Well versed in financial concepts, infinite banking and HELOC strategies, my unique 1st and 2nd lien HELOC product offerings aid to help capitalize, increase liquidity and setup for future passive income asset acquisitions. Originally from CT now residing in Nashville, I'm licensed to originate HELOC's, Conventional, Non-QM and DSCR in multiple states and our company is in 49 states.

Dan and his team were great support for me and my wife in our first home-buying venture. Our purchase took several weeks longer than expected due to our home being an estate auction and there were several steps for the estate to be ready for sale, and we never felt any sort of pressure or annoyance from Dan and his team about how long it was taking. They were always checking in to see where we were in the process to try to get things done for us as soon as they could.
