Stacey is the BEST!!! She helped us buy personal property (on Table Rock Lake) and both of our investment properties (in Branson). She was there every step of the way, and always on top of everything so nothing fell through the cracks. We have found our Realtor and she will help us with all future properties!

Tim Rohman is our realtor. He sold us our first condo here in Branson. He's still helping us today. Tim handled everything from finding our condo, walking us through the listing, negotiating the offers to final close on our property.
Tim is very knowledgeable and treats all his clients with respect. If you need a realtor look no further!!!

Just bought my first home and my advice to anyone…. Find an agent (Stacey Green) you love and listen to her! She’s honest, kind, and patient. She goes far above and beyond for her clients. She advocates for her clients. She WILL guide you in the right direction. She knows what she’s doing and you can trust her completely. P.S.- Stacey Green is the MVP.

Tim is an excellent real estate agent. We recently purchased a condo in the area and he was great to work with, communicated very well, has great knowledge of the area and the real estate market and the whole experience was a pleasure. If you are looking for an amazing real estate agent... Preston is your guy. He was so genuine and trustworthy from the moment we met him. He really wanted to find the perfect home for us and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He spent tons of time showing us around and even met us on his birthday to make sure we were able to view a home we were really interested in. He made the experience so easy and fun. The entire team at Lightfoot & Youngblood was excellent.
