I rented from them for about 3 years and I don’t have a complaint. They were always fast to respond and I truly appreciate them and all they did for me and my family.

I purchased a business earlier this year which consumes majority of my time. Stephane, Chantal, and Betty just to name a few have made a normally stressful process such a great experience. My wife is very OCD and known to be very picky. Thankfully, the entire process went so smoothly, the communication phenomenal and anytime we needed assistance no matter how big or small, I truly felt like we were a priority. If you are seeing this company as a third party property management company for a home, BEWARE. We moved in less than a week ago and there have been several maintenance issues that were not solved prior to move in. The “operation manager” Stephane is incredibly disrespectful and rude. He has no compassion for the fact that so much money was just spent to move in and so many maintenance problems have occurred at the same time. My car was towed due to the management not specifying where to park and no update as far as a refund due to negligence has been mentioned. We were forced to move in immediately and they didn’t give us the townhome in a proper condition. This has been a horrible experience and extremely insensitive for our first townhome.

Stephane and Betty have been absolutely amazing to collaborate with. They take pride in ensuring elevated experiences for their residents and partners. They also take pride in handling any and all requests in a timely manner. You guys are the best!
