About us
Nick began to purchase buy and hold properties for himself and continues to look for opportunities to grow his portfolio. He has worked in the Real Estate Industry since June of 2017. Initially, Nick started out in Property Management as a property management admin and moved into a management position where he oversaw a team of 16 people and 4,200+ doors. In January of 2023 Nick decided to move out of Property Management and use that experience focus on being a full time realtor/investor. He assists buyers on purchasing their next home whether their first primary or tenth investment property.

Nick is a knowledgeable realtor. He has a solid understanding of the local market and the rules and laws of Real Estate. He guided me during the negotiation process and was able to get significant concessions from the buyer that were beneficial to my financial situation. He also showed quick reaction when unexpected situations raised during the negotiation and lending process and was able to find alternatives to our original plan that, at the end, were the most convenient for me.

I’m very grateful to have meet Nick he help me out so much, I have already contact a few realtors didn’t help me said there was nothing we could do told me to wait. Nick took everything to the next level and didn’t get a no for an answer I’m very happy and satisfied with the whole process and my house I love it!!!
