As a first time home buyer, Terrence spent a lot of time with me to explain the whole home buying process, how the home lending market works, what different terms meant and helped me get the most competitive rate in the market. Other than offering a great rate, he offered to refinance me for free if the interest rate dropped. He is knowledgeable and spends time answering all your questions. I loved his communication style - he always responded promptly on emails and makes himself available on calls. I enjoyed working with him and highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home.

Could not recommend Terrence enough! He was a huge help in buying my first property. Took the time to explain and answer any and all questions we had- and we had many!
Terrence took away any discomfort I had for buying the property!
My lawyer and realtor were also very impressed with Terrence’s work- which says a lot!!

We can't say enough good things about Terrence! We're so grateful that our real estate agent recommended him and the team at A&N Mortgage. Terrence was incredibly communicative throughout the entire first time-homebuyer process, walking us through each step and answering our many questions along the way. Terrence helped me and my husband purchase our first condo and I cannot say enough good things about working with him. He is very knowledge about the industry and answered all of our questions promptly and thoughtfully, and made sure we were comfortable with the entire mortgage lending process. Terrence helped my wife and I with the purchase of our first home in Chicago. He took the time to explain all the steps from the loan application process through to closing. He was always easily accessible and answered any questions. Terrence and his team did a great job of helping us keep on track so that we would be able to close at our planned closing date. Terrence was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to working with him in the future.
