The Realtor you want on your side if you’re looking for success. I was looking for a second, investment home in Orlando, when I found Jim. Living in my Miami, my knowledge of the Orlando market was meager. The only information I had, came from online sources, and this is never sufficient, I later found out. Regardless, I naively selected an area to begin making offers there. I decided to call Jim just in case. Just on the first talk, it was obvious the area I had selected was a mistake.
