Absolute best!! I don’t know what we would do without them. Alex is AMAZING! Always goes above and beyond for us and the property. Really helped us pick great tenants. Response is always right away and communication is also perfect. Scott and Alex have truly been such great help with everything. Do not hesitate or think twice about going with them for property management. We are sooooo happy !!

I was in a sticky situation where my last place with another company had a loss and I had to find a new place asap. Alex at modern edge was so quick to giving me a list of available options for me to rent. I was able to view listing with own houses and found a place within a few days. She answered all my questions and made the process so easy and smooth so I can focus on what was going on at the I’d place and focus on moving. I could not fully express how thankful I am to the modern edge team as they have been so helpful, educated, and gracious for finding me my space!

My family and I had a great experience overall in the last 2 and 1/2 years of renting. Alex is amazing!!! She is thorough and responded almost immediately whenever we needed help or clarification in anything rental/lease related. As tenants, Scott and his team were the best landlords we’ve ever dealt with. We worked with Alex and the approval process was swift and professional. They are also so on top of it with maintenance requests. We would have happily stuck with them, but our family had outgrown the rental we were in. We look forward to working with Scott and his team again though, once we are in the market to buy.
