I'm a Commercial Fire Alarm Inspector and was in the Puyallup area and ran into Steven. We got to talking and was highly impressed how friendly and professional he was! I mentioned I might be looking for a place to rent in the area and he told me of multiple properties that Real Property Management I should look into! I thanked him for this information and went away with a good feeling that I will likely find what I'm looking for!

I was helping a friend look for a new place to move! A friend of mine referred me to one of your Maintenance guys (Steven) who answered questions for us about your properties! Steven was very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. My friend will be looking into possibly renting one of your properties! It's so nice dealing with friendly people since moving to a new place can be so stressful! Thank you Steven!

If you’re looking to rent, you must do it through Real Property Management. It has been nothing but an easy and seamless transition into finding a new place. I can’t thank Isaac enough for all his hard work on my behalf, truly a pleasure to work with. I will forever recommend RPM!

Abbey the assistant property manager was the most incredible, responsive, professional, and punctual agent we have ever encountered. She made this experience a dream. From getting the application approval quickly to making move in so easy I truly couldn’t have asked for a better encounter. Thank you Abbey for being the kindest person and making our dreams come true.

We loved working with Britt. After a bad experience with another property management company, she got our property listed fast. She was quick to respond and always made sure to answer our questions thoroughly. Britt's proactive approach and attention to detail reassured us throughout the entire process. We highly recommend her and RPM to anyone looking for a property manager.

STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY. I rented from RPM for close to two years. The maintenance team is about the only thing this company has going for them. Their communication is not there. It takes weeks if not a month to get anyone to respond to you. You cannot get ahold of anyone directly by phone so you have to jump through hoops to get any type of assistance. (Except maintenance). I was a great tenant never late on any rent or any charges. I had to break my lease due to unforeseen circumstances and the absolute hell they put me through regarding charges they are completely pulling out of nowhere. There is over a $50 charge JUST to HANG A CLOSET DOOR ON ITS TRACK. They charged me over $550 for landscaping which they admit was their fault they didn’t contact me about and could have been avoided charging me for yet they are choosing to still charge me for it. After in an email admitting it was their lack of communication that the charge is there. (I found a new renter to take over the home, they told me the new renters were moved in, everything was going smoothly, therefore I stopped managing the lawn, when in fact they had not moved in). It wasn’t until I contacted them that they told me the rental was still vacant and all these charges were being added to my move out ledger. I then offered to find a new renter realizing I was getting all these charges they hadn’t informed me or warned me of and knowing I could easily find a new renter and they turned me down. Not once did they post or advertise the rental I was leaving either. I did all the work for them. Ashley Snow the accountant is an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with. Her lack of communication and at this rate incompetence is outstanding. She is choosing to charge me for things she told me to review, once proved they were a miscommunication on their part and managed on my part given the timeline the company gave me initially, all the sudden none of those things can be adjusted. Which why send a review if you can’t adjust anything? Issac admitted this was a crappy situation and he would do what he could to adjust it, and again Ashley Snow the accountant is refusing to change any charges they said could be reviewed. For what reason, it was never given other than they cannot adjust and they are sorry they didn’t communicate aka do their jobs. STAY AWAY FROM RPM. Being a good tenant wont stop them from price gouging you for things you should not be charged for.
