My experience working with Nabil left my LLC and myself feeling slighted and taken advantage of. He ultimately was not our our side as a realtor should be in advocating for the sell of our property. We worked nearly a year flipping a Pasadena property as a new company and ultimately ran into numerous issues. Now knowing what I know, I understand that Nabil did not do his job in representing us or being a strong advocate with the buyers. He undersold our property and made numerous disparaging acts against our company and property. Some of which we did not become aware of until the escrow officer informed us. Definitely do not recommend using Nabil as a selling agent. He was very punctual and charismatic. He was also very organized but several times he pawned off our property showing to his intern or assistant agents. Anyone who has owned a property would never want to feel like their property showings were not critical or important.
