About us
Revel Range is a full-service property management company that specializes managing STR listings for mountain homes and unique glamping and camping stays. I'm a highly acclaimed Airbnb Superhost with tons of 5-star reviews. Additionally, I'm also currently an accepted and vetted member of the Airbnb Experienced Co-Host Program. You can see all my reviews on my Airbnb profile below... https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/252557577 My stellar track-record for guest communication leaves all our guests well informed and comfortable- I usually respond to everyone in under 1 hour. I have a knack for creating remarkable experiences for guests, especially in the mountains and outdoors. What makes me unique as a property manager is I'm a true entrepreneur with a business leadership background that knows how to build successful brands. I've personally started and ran several internationally distributed consumer brands before selling my companies and moving into the property business. I translate this unique experience to each property I manage and build them as their own "brand". In addition to this, I also have a property services business, so each STR I manage, includes snow-removal, window cleaning and other basic property services at no additional cost! I have a unique approach, background and proven ability to take your listing to the next level that you won't find anywhere else!

We had a family function here for my niece. We were hoping to find a place with beautiful views that would facilitate great pictures; a place that had room for family and friends to camp on the premises so the young adults could have fun and stay on site; and a spot that would stay in our budget for this party. 105 West Ranch delivered on all our must haves and more.
Before the get-together, Jeff, the owner was so responsive and helpful. He went above and beyond helping to ensure we had everything set up for everyone to arrive and hosting everyone who attended and stayed. On the set-up night he even brought out his pizza oven to help feed folks on site to set up – pizza under the stars, with a view of the Colorado sky that will definitely be a memory hard to beat. During our get-together he was on site, helping with all the details the whole day in every way he could.
The venue itself is beautiful. A pristine, rustic get away spot surrounded by some of the largest aspen groves I’ve seen. Several areas on the property overlook vast expanses of Colorado valleys, woods, and water and there are stunning granite formations all over the property. The glamping spots are so quaint, and everything feels so private and peaceful.
I would definitely come back to 105 West Ranch and hope to soon.
Thanks again, Jeff!

I recently stayed at the Dome at 105 West Ranch and the environment was very quiet and peaceful. My dog was able to comfortably roam freely and the views were panoramic. Cell service was extremely limited but if you're looking for a true camping experience with an upgraded sleeping arrangement, this is it! Jeff was also very kind and accommodating when I had to reschedule my original booking due to sudden bad weather.

We had a wonderful time at the 105 West Ranch. The accessibility from Denver made it the perfect getaway for the whole family (toddler and dog included). Aspen trees surround the tiny home and make for a rejuvenating setting. Views of southern Colorado on one end of the property stretch forever (seemingly to New Mexico), with inspiring site lines of Pikes Peak to the north. The entire area is lusher than many other places we have visited in Colorado this year.
Despite feeling a world away, some cool towns were deceptively nearby. We visited Victor (more extensive than expected) and Cripple Creek (a remarkably well-preserved mining town). We took a quick trip to see the Florissant petrified redwood stumps (a super underrated Colorado attraction). Finally, the Skaguay Reservoir (less than ten minutes away) was a fun spot for relaxing on the water with our Kokopelli packrafts.
We love the ranch and can't wait to go back.
