Nap keeps his clients first! With the demand this summer on home buying we were very pleased to have worked with Nap and the team at STS to buy another Short Term Rental! This is our second with STS and first with Nap. We plan to buy more down the road and want to give a HUGE thanks for the support and effort to get this one across the line!

Nap is "perfectly aggressive" when working for his clients. He takes time to listen and understand not only what they NEED but also who they ARE. Then he goes to work scouring the MLS, searching for off-market deals, and tapping his network to help buyers find right-fit investments. He does all this with such enthusiasm that you know he's also having FUN! It's a joy to work with him and to watch him work for you.
