I have worked with several investors, as a real estate agent, by helping them purchase multi unit properties and become first time land lords. A lot of my clients are first time investors and I walk them through the process of not only purchasing but learning how to establish and manage their businesses. I have also helped a few of my clients with fix and flip properties and assist them with building the real estate team they need to grow. I guide them in both finding the home as well as providing advice on what renovations should be done in order to help them sell at the greatest value once the property is completed. I have worked deals as small as two unit apartment complexes all the way to helping investors purchase portfolios as large as 15 buildings at a time.
