I had a great experience working with Brian Valdivia at Beltway Lending. I was applying for a DSCR loan, and Brian was available to talk at any time, answering all my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. He made everything clear and easy to understand, which helped alleviate a lot of stress.
What impressed me the most was that my loan was processed in under 30 days, which was faster than I anticipated. The entire process went smoothly, and I felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend Brian and Beltway Lending to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient lending experience!

I just closed my first transaction with Beltway Lending. The entire team at beltway was a joy to work with and made the process extremely easy. Logan Lambert was incredibly helpful, patient, responsive and overall great. As a real estate agent I’ve worked with a ton of lenders and this team is top notch. Highly recommend at least speaking with them if you are in the market for an investment property or new home.
