My experience is not as a customer but as someone affected by an incident at one of their customers properties. I was getting rained on by a leak from the unit above me. The owner uses RPM and the owner reached out to them Arnold reached out to me. He worked with me all day coordinating the contractor and the plumber and early evening I was no longer being rained on and my upstairs neighbor could use their toilet again. Many kundos to Arnold. Greta job.

I reached out to Jen Robeson this past April to request that she help me find a renter for my 2BR 1.5BA condo in Arlington, VA where the former tenant had recently left and the Unit was empty. At the time I was living in California but had already had the Unit repainted. I explained that I knew the Unit needed a deep cleaning because the prior tenant had left the property in a poor state regarding cleanliness. Jen assured me that she and her team would get the Unit ready for the market and provide me with timely updates regarding interest in my Unit via an owner's portal. The first issue presented when I Jen provided me with the address to mail the key fobs and mailbox key, she provided me with the wrong address for her office. While they apologized for the mistake, I still had to reach out to them to find out if the keys had actually arrived. That was my first inkling that Drew and Jen were not very meticulous about their business practices but I chalked it up to a simple mistake that could happen to anyone. Next, they charged me $1800 for Unit repairs but could not provide an itemization of the costs and did not provide pictures of the completed work even upon request. Jen responded to my inquiries by telling me that "Drew handles contracting work." Drew is not responsive and provides incomplete answers to questions when he does finally get around to responding to inquiries. I did eventually get an itemization after a month but never received pictures of the work completed. In late May I was charged $400 for a "deep cleaning" again no pictures of the before and after work. I had to nudge them to provide me with a marketing plan for the property and send me the listing they were intending to post. Jen never provided me with the link to the posting she created so that I could share with my network. She has quite a few people working in her team and pushes clients off on her team whenever you reach out because you haven't received a reply from the person she told you would handle it. It's very frustrating. In late May, Jen recommended that I drop the price for the rental by $200 under the auspices of getting more traction on the property and I agreed. She claimed that there was at least one possible renter who was completing an application though that never materialized, and she never mentioned it again even to share any feedback as to why it supposedly fell through. After several months of no possible renters, I decided to move back into my Unit and informed Jen of that fact to include the date I planned to arrive. Fortunately, my plans changed, and I arrived a week earlier than anticipated and I was able to observe that much of the work that Real Property Management Pros had charged me for had not been completed. The Unit was filthy – the refrigerator, oven, bathrooms and floors were visibly soiled. The junk they claimed to have removed from the property was still there and there were spiderwebs in multiple windowsills. It was heartbreaking to see my unit in such a condition and quite frustrating considering Real Property Management Pros had charged a total of $2350 to the owners account via their portal and have now gone silent. I’ve reached out on multiple occasions providing pictures of the Unit’s condition and requesting the return of my keys (mailbox and door keys + key fob) to no avail. I strongly recommend that you run from these people and never use them to manage your property. They’re charlatans.

The service was great and very helpful. I truly appreciated the text message option and responses. Emails are great, but there is a sense of care when people reach out and answer questions personally. Jocelyn Contreras was exceptional and answered all of my questions while helping me through the process; she even called me quickly when I requested to speak over the phone. Truly grateful!

I recently had to get a hot water heater replaced and I have to say this is the most professional contract service I have ever had. Prompt responses, friendly, professional, efficient. This is for Arnold Romero. He has been amazing over the last month in getting my refrigerator fixed. And when it could not get fixed, he offered to purchase me one. He knew how frustrating it was for me and family not having the basic need of having a working appliance. He took the time out and called me and told me to go and get the fridge. Thank you Arnold for being so kind and patient. I appreciate you and your all help that you have been given. You are definitely a gem. 💎

READ THE BAD REVIEWS FIRST BECAUSE THEY SUGAR COAT THEM AND TRY TO HIDE THEM WITH 5 STAR REVIEWS THAT THEY BASICALLY SPAM YOU FOR EACH TIME THEY ASSIST WITH SOMETHING. LOOK AT THE 1 STAR REVIEWS AND READ THEM CAREFULLY, ALL IS TRUE ABOUT HOW THEY SCAM YOU TO FIX STUFF FOR THE OWNERS AT THE END OF YOUR LEASE. This company is a scam Update: This company treats you all nice and well at first, and waits until you move out to find normal wear and tear to keep your security deposit. They will reject any claims or discussions and won't answer their phones. They made us pay around 1,000$ for gutter cleaning, chimney cleaning, house cleaning and landscape before we left and still charged us 1400$ for two walls that they felt the touch up paint was poorly done.
