My family and I have several rental properties in Jacksonville FL managed by JWB. They are a company that knows how to keep costs down, while maximizing rents and maintaining the residents happy with the great quality of their service. I have worked with other management companies in Jacksonville and JWB is the best in town.

JWB is the best! We have been working with them for almost 12 years. We own six rental houses and have done numerous private loans at an interest that is hard to beat. They make the process of either buying a house or doing a private loan seamless and very professional. Our association with JWB allowed us to retire with few financial worries.

Been private lending with JWB for almost 10 years. Not to many places where you can get 10% interest on your money we have taken advantage of many opportunities and always received my principal +interest in a timely fashion. They are always pleasant to deal with we will continue to invest with them for the foreseeable future. Thank you JWB!

I’ve been a private lender since 2010, JWB has repaid about 40 loans to date. I have 2 of my sons and a good friend that I’ve referred to JWB and they’re all very happy also. Their entire team is awesome and they are very active in what’s happening within the city of Jacksonville! Can’t say enough good things about JWB 👍
