Company has several job openings but seems not to be interested in hiring. I have applied personally and know former colleagues who have as well and we never receive responses nor call backs. We have all been in property management for years so experience, professionalism is not something any of us lack! Hopefully it is not any other concerning underlying circumstances, which we are not receiving responses!

My family and I have several rental properties in Jacksonville FL managed by JWB. They are a company that knows how to keep costs down, while maximizing rents and maintaining the residents happy with the great quality of their service. I have worked with other management companies in Jacksonville and JWB is the best in town.

JWB is the best! We have been working with them for almost 12 years. We own six rental houses and have done numerous private loans at an interest that is hard to beat. They make the process of either buying a house or doing a private loan seamless and very professional. Our association with JWB allowed us to retire with few financial worries.

I’ve been a private lender since 2010, JWB has repaid about 40 loans to date. I have 2 of my sons and a good friend that I’ve referred to JWB and they’re all very happy also. Their entire team is awesome and they are very active in what’s happening within the city of Jacksonville! Can’t say enough good things about JWB 👍
