Spoke with a manager on the phone. I called about a deal I was looking at. He wanted to know the address. I told him I wanted to learn more about his company first. He talked over me quite a bit and was rude. I will not be doing business with this company.

We recently transferred our rental properties (small apartment buildings) from another local management company to these guys. What a huge difference from an owner standpoint. I have also received feedback from tenants that they are now able to reach our management company, when it was nearly impossible with our previous one. We feel like we have a team of people working for us and the best interest of our properties as well as our tenants. We have owned rental properties for over 20 years and had a few management companies along the way but none anywhere near as good as these guys. Real Property Management Sunstate is doing a phenomenal job. We only wish we would have made the move earlier. Thanks so much and keep up the good work.

it is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Last year a pipe burst in my shower it took a whole week before it was repaired. Last month a breaker blew and it took 4 days for someone to come fix it, I lost everything in my refrigerator. Last year our laundry was stolen out of the laundry room. In September my company vehicle was vandalized in our parking lot and I still haven’t been contacted about security camera footage. Right now at 8:30am on a Saturday there’s renovations and construction going on in the apartment above me. These construction noises have stopped and started for months, no warning or notice, and I’m currently working from home. Rent has doubled from 800 per month water and sewage included, to 1250 for a month to month or 1500 for a year lease, the only improvements made being the exterior of the building painted. One of the many property managers came around to pressure us into giving good reviews.

Irish was so nice to work with! She went beyond the call of duty to stay in touch with us for a delivery of a dryer! She managed her skills and abilities to be instrumental in changing our delivery date on a day I was home from work. She constantly engaged with me on the current status day by day to keep me informed. We got our dryer installed and made it possible for me to do my laundry again. Thank you so much Irish!!! You are awesome!!!!!!!!
