We recently transferred our rental properties (small apartment buildings) from another local management company to these guys. What a huge difference from an owner standpoint. I have also received feedback from tenants that they are now able to reach our management company, when it was nearly impossible with our previous one. We feel like we have a team of people working for us and the best interest of our properties as well as our tenants. We have owned rental properties for over 20 years and had a few management companies along the way but none anywhere near as good as these guys. Real Property Management Sunstate is doing a phenomenal job. We only wish we would have made the move earlier. Thanks so much and keep up the good work.

Jennifer has been WONDERFUL! She was extremely helpful throughout our application process to the rental property of our dreams! She was attentive, available & resourceful at any time we needed her! I would highly recommend Jennifer if you are looking to rent a property through RPMS-Jax!

it is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Last year a pipe burst in my shower it took a whole week before it was repaired. Last month a breaker blew and it took 4 days for someone to come fix it, I lost everything in my refrigerator. Last year our laundry was stolen out of the laundry room. In September my company vehicle was vandalized in our parking lot and I still haven’t been contacted about security camera footage. Right now at 8:30am on a Saturday there’s renovations and construction going on in the apartment above me. These construction noises have stopped and started for months, no warning or notice, and I’m currently working from home. Rent has doubled from 800 per month water and sewage included, to 1250 for a month to month or 1500 for a year lease, the only improvements made being the exterior of the building painted. One of the many property managers came around to pressure us into giving good reviews.

Great service! Fixed the A/C quickly and were friendly and polite.

I 100% agree with Mark's comment. RPM Sunstate isn't the "4.6 star" fantastic company it feigns itself to be. Our complex has been in managerial shambles since these guys came along. People park in front of apartments they're not supposed to, the on-property "maintenance" guy has multiple vehicles (which he regularly fixes on the property), the contracted maintenance guys *all* do shoddy work (plumber, HVAC, you name it), squatters + illegal immigrants take up space/resources that paying renters need, people steal clothes from the laundry room (why????)--the list goes on. This place isn't worth the money. You bring any issue to RPM Sunstate, they tell you they'll fix it, and then either (1) fail miserably to do so or (2) do it far too late. And I'm now supposed to be paying $1,500 for this? For a new paint job and some new washers/dryers??? Forget it.

Have had a wonderful experience so far with this company. The problems I were experiencing with my home have been addressed in a timely manner and efficiently. At first I felt as if my issues were being passed off but after speaking with Georgia she made me feel like all would be taken care of and so far she has been a woman of her word. I love the fact of this being a company who wants families to enjoy their properties and who are there when you need them. I would recommend this company to everyone. They put their tenants first and I am happy to have been lucky enough to find them.

5 stars to Lorraine and the rest of the RPMS-JAX Team! As a vendor, I must say the process of receiving work orders, approvals and payment, RPMS-JAX is amazing with their response time. They truly do care about their tenants and want to ensure they are back to being comfortable in their home as quickly as possible. Overall great company to partner with.
