One of the last things my father said to me before he passed away in June of 2020, was “You need to get into real estate and build something for your family”, and I did just that. We purchased our first rental property in February of 2021 and went on to acquire the rest in 18 months. If anyone knows anything about buying, selling and scaling a portfolio, it’s me.
