Recently sold my beachfront property and looking to put that cash toward new properties/business. I'm an area expert. Have lived in the Mobile/Baldwin County area for 25+ years. I enjoy finding off-market properties. Lots of opportunities in Mobile with buying flips and Airbnb's. Baldwin County offers opportunities of New Construction long-term rentals. Condos, Duplexes and Beach House rentals in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are my experiences over the past 7 years. Also given the influx of out of town buyers in my area, I have experience working with out of state clients.

The Maxie Team was a phone call away for the duration of our house hunting. We were unable to be in the area to look personally at homes, but the Maxie Team was there to take pictures and send videos for us to make the best choice. Highly recommended and local knowledge of the Mobile/Spanish Fort/Daphne area was superb!

I could not have chose to go with a better option than the Maxie Team when selling my home. They prepped me from start to finish on the selling process. They also gave me tips on how to improve my property that would be appealing to more buyers. Those tips helped increase my profit margins.
This was truly a 1st Class experience and I wouldn’t choose any other team when it’s time to sell or purchase a home.

I was new to the process and wasn’t sure what to expect but he was knowledgeable, professional, and was there with me step by step to make sure I understood what came next in the process. I had a great experience with Michael and when I go to purchase my next home he will be the first person I call.
