Recently sold my beachfront property and looking to put that cash toward new properties/business. I'm an area expert. Have lived in the Mobile/Baldwin County area for 25+ years. I enjoy finding off-market properties. Lots of opportunities in Mobile with buying flips and Airbnb's. Baldwin County offers opportunities of New Construction long-term rentals. Condos, Duplexes and Beach House rentals in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are my experiences over the past 7 years. Also given the influx of out of town buyers in my area, I have experience working with out of state clients.

I could not have chose to go with a better option than the Maxie Team when selling my home. They prepped me from start to finish on the selling process. They also gave me tips on how to improve my property that would be appealing to more buyers. Those tips helped increase my profit margins.
This was truly a 1st Class experience and I wouldn’t choose any other team when it’s time to sell or purchase a home.

I bought my first home with the help of Michael Maxie. I was new to the process and wasn’t sure what to expect but he was knowledgeable, professional, and was there with me step by step to make sure I understood what came next in the process. Very kind and understanding- as we knew nothing about home buying before this process. After everything was finalized, we received a gift in the mail for dinner from the team. I would 10/10 recommend Maxie for your home buying/selling process! He made everything EASY and SIMPLE! And he made it stressless. He wasn’t pushy at ALL and listened to every single need we had! We would definitely use again if/when the time comes to sell!

Homes are selling quick these days, but just because you get an offer does not mean the process is over. Michael was an amazing consultant through the selling process and was always available.
When searching for a new home, Michael was constantly cold-calling the area we wanted to move to. We knew who was getting ready to sell ahead of time which gave us a huge advantage. To find the right house in this market, you need someone like Michael who puts in the work!
