Even as a child, Annie had a natural ability to connect with and understand the needs of other people. She cultivated her passion for developing a sense of community with her peers during her education at the University of South Carolina, graduating with a BA in Public Relations. Following college, she relocated permanently to South Carolina taking a position in sales and advertising. Annie and her husband Dr. Ryan Williams, a local business owner, reside in Murrells Inlet with their son. Starting a family inspired her to redirect her career towards real estate. In building her own home she realized that it's not just a place where you live. Like the essayist and novelist Pico Iyer wrote, "Home…is not just the place where you happen to be born. It's the place where you become yourself." This concept has created the foundation that drives Annie's passion for helping families and individuals through the journey of finding their homes. She's able to satisfy customer goals through her dedication to understanding individuals' needs and translating those goals into deliverable results. Throughout the searching process she had our best interest in mind, so we can attest to her being a realtor you can trust. Annie helped us narrow down what type of house we were looking for, and then she made sure we were getting the house we wanted, not just what was convenient or close enough. We appreciated Annie’s honesty, transparency, and availability from day one of working with her.
Annie’s experience and work ethic speaks volumes, and she stays on top of the real estate market. She offers an abundant knowledge of the Grand Strand, which we found to be crucial.

Throughout our time looking for the perfect house, Annie made the whole process amazing. As first time homeowners it’s a little difficult to understand the specifics of everything and not only was Annie always finding more houses for us to look at that matched our interests, but she was also there to help explain the whole process to us. I would recommend Annie to anyone looking for an amazing realtor that has the interests of the client in mind.

Imagine picking six numbers out of a hat that turns into a winning lottery ticket. That’s how we felt when we randomly selected our realtor Annie Williams from the internet, because she looked like a “nice” person.
Selecting Annie felt like “winning the lottery” !!!!
Annie is the best realtor we could have ever hoped for. She is knowledgeable, effective, efficient and kind. She delivered results fast and was with us every step of the way providing clear and concise expectations of both the buying and closing process. We were introduced to Annie Williams in 2018 when we started our move from VA to SC. She spent countless days with us as we went back and forth between river, inlet, ocean; beach house vs custom build vs renovation. Finally, after a year, we finally landed on custom homes. Annie took all that she had learned from the time she spent with us and recommended a neighborhood she thought would be the fit. We were hesitant at first, but the first house we saw looked exactly like the home we’d been imagining! We put an offer on a lot the very next day. Annie remained by our side through the entire process of our first custom build.
She has such a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the Grand Strand area. She’s able to mold to any needs of her clients. She’s a delight to be around, but she can also be direct and puts her client first no matter what.
Since then, she’s been our agent for a number of projects and continues to be one of the most important people in our lives!

If you are looking for hard working, professional, kind, energetic and someone that listens to what you want, Annie is the realtor you are looking for. She will go above and beyond for you.
Annie worked with me to sell my house of 17 years and on the purchase of my new home. I can’t imagine going through that process with anyone else. She knew exactly what I wanted in my new home and with time and much patience she delivered. I could not be more grateful for the time and energy she put into both the sale and purchase of my homes.

Annie and Gordon did an excellent job finding me 2 homes in the Myrtle Beach area. They have extensive knowledge of the area. They made sure everything went smooth. They found me what I was looking for quickly. They supported me in every step of the process. I will recommend them to everyone.

Annie made the process of selling my home which can be difficult smooth.
My home was sold in less than 90 days.
Results qualify many but I firmly witnessed know and believe our connection was divine
If God be for you who can be against you.
God uses Annie to get the job done. To get you in position in the life he envisioned. The hand of God on her life business and heart is evident.

Let what seems impossible be made possible with her as the vessel God has 100 percent hands down placed in position to bring you where he always knew you belonged with the value he wants you to have.

Annie helped me find my dream home and negotiated things I would have never thought of on my own !
I was so impressed that I also used Annie as my seller agent ! She came in and gave honest feedback on what buyers look for when purchasing a new home ! I took her advice and the house looked absolutely beautiful and move in ready ! Annie had professional photographs and videography taken and used many platforms to sell !
Even durning a pandemic , Annie had my house sold in under two weeks ! The sale went without a glitch. I was ecstatic to get nearly asking price for my home !
Annie is very good at communicating and kept me updated frequently. She followed up on every step of the process and willing came to both closings . Annie is prompt , flexible and just a phone call away ! Annie is extremely professional and a go getter ! Whether your looking to buy or sell your home Annie Williams is the best . Highly recommend!
