I worked with Rick Langley and had a great experience with getting a mortgage loan. Rick went out of his way to help me get the funding. I needed in a timely manner and we were able to jump through a lot of hoops in record time. He was able to accept our loan application and finish everything in a crazy 2 week deadline. I’m a Realtor and I always send my clients to Cap One Loan Officer Marty Payne for home purchases, first time buyer programs, credit checks to help home buyers improve credit scores to eventually get approvals on difficult loans. Marty is a great communicator, experienced, and creative using many different loan products and programs that your local bank may not have access to.
