Tim Ford was a calm and steady guide as we worked to sell our Bozeman home during the summer of 2024. High mortgage Interest rates made the selling environment very unusual and challenging. Tim made the process much less stressful thru frequent communication, good suggestions and overall excellent support. We highly recommend working with Tim Ford and Bozeman Brokers.

Tim really went over and above to assist us with purchasing our first home. He was able to send us videos of the homes if we weren't able to see them in person. He was educated on different home repairs issues and also provided us with excellent recommendations for home repairs. He pointed out things in homes that we didn't notice at first glance. He has excellent communication skills, was prompt in interactions and overall, very pleasant. We'd recommend Tim Ford if you are looking for a real estate agent.

As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I really enjoyed working with Tim. He was incredibly helpful with walking us through all the details of the home buying process. He answered all our questions and took time to really explain everything. We felt very comfortable working with Tim and fully trust him. We would certainly recommend him as a real estate agent. He made the experience buying our first home seamless.

Tim Ford was our realtor and we highly recommend him as a broker. Our home was a unique property and wasn’t easy to assess, Tim worked with us to help us establish a selling price in a rapidly changing market. Once listed it sold within a week and exceeded our expectations. Tim was always available and one step ahead of the process. There were no surprises and it felt easy. If you are looking for a truly professional Realtor that you can trust, we don’t think you can do better than Tim.

Tim Ford is the iconic example of a great Bozeman broker. After knowing him for years, and then having him help with both sides of real estate - selling our house and having him help us buy another - we're very grateful for the authenticity, friendship and knowledge he brings to his professional. Tim values family, Montana and community as much as any Montanan could, and you know you're getting an individual who wants whats best for his clients all the way.

Tim is amazing! He has successfully helped me sell 3 different properties. All unique and with their challenges. He was always available to help, do foot work if I could not do it and answered questions in a way I could understand. I would strongly suggest that you entrust the selling of your house with Tim! He is the best. He is also great at keeping you up to speed on what is happening throughout the whole process! We are getting ready to delve into a new challenge for me. A 10-31 exchange. I have full confidence in Tim's ability to navigate those waters with me.
