About us
After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1990, I practiced as a trial attorney for five years before moving to Fredericksburg in 1996. Fredericksburg (the heart of the Texas Hill Country) has been a bustling tourist destination since the early 1990's but has now become the second most visited region for wineries, after Napa! Needing a little more variety and challenge than the practice of law was providing, I opened retail stores on Fredericksburg's bustling Main Street which I operated for 20 years. In 2001 I opened my first vacation rental and began adding properties as they came available. In 2007 I opened Absolute Charm B&B Reservation Service to manage my own bookings but quickly expanded to handle reservations for others as well. Today Absolute Charm is the major player in short term rental reservations in Fredericksburg, Texas marketing over 200 beautiful properties. That experience of buying, selling, designing and remodeling vacation rentals has given me a very unique and broad insight into the STR sales industry. Though I have had my real estate license since 2009, I only decided to launch Absolute Charm Real Estate, LLC in 2015 after marrying my husband Wes and realizing how many realtors were calling, asking us for help to explain the in's and out's of the vacation rental industry to their clients! Having been on the receiving end of guests' phone calls for years, I KNOW what guests are looking for in a vacation rental and which ones have the potential to be most profitable. After opening in 2015, we were blessed to become the #1 office in Fredericksburg in less than 3 years! In 2019 our team sold more than any office in Fredericksburg had EVER sold.* That simply means we have helped more investors reach THEIR goals! We recently purchased a property in Fredericksburg after several months of looking and pondering options. JoJo Jones was our main guide through this process and her patience and assistance was beyond our expectations. She was an exceptional realtor and always pro-active in seeking our input and desires in the properties she located. She never hesitated to meet our schedules and wishes and was extremely patient with us in the process. Sheila Bibler was also involved in our final property choice, as well, and was outstanding in her assistance, pursuit of answers to all our questions, and contact with the city officials on our behalf. Lauren and Nicole were the best realtors we could have ever imagined! As first time home buyers, we were clueless to the process of purchasing a home, and they made us feel so assured and answered any questions we had. They also were helpful when it came to recommendations for any house work we needed - roofing, foundation, inspections, gutters, etc.. When it comes time to buy a new home, we will be returning to them. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Nicole and Lauren did a great job. The turn around from once we got started was great. They made sure everything went correctly. Once the house went on the market and less that 24 hrs had an offer. From when the house went on the market had money in the bank less than one month. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy or sell. Linda and I just want to thank you two for the great job you did.

I’ve known her for years & has always been easy to work with, personable & knowledgeable. Her caring optimism has been vital in this stressful time of downsizing. Always available to answer any question or just give a word of encouragement as soon as she can.
We chose Heather as our realtor after finding out she’s with Absolute Charm because they’ve got to be doing something right considering the number of listings & successful sales they’ve had in our town of Fredericksburg, TX.
