About us
I focus on rehab, MTR, and LTR projects in the greater Cincinnati area. My clients take on anything from small single family flips to 100 unit LTRs. I believe there is no perfect way to invest. Whatever you are comfortable with is where we will start. I work full time as a real estate agent serving the Dayton, OH and Cincinnati, OH Real estate markets. A local native, I grew up in Cincinnati and graduated from Ohio State University. In addition, I personally invest in both Cincinnati and Dayton. I live in Cincinnati and am continuously exposed to the numerous opportunities in these emerging markets. Real estate is my passion and I truly believe Real Estate is the best path to generational wealth. The more investors we can bring to the market, the easier it will be to capitalize on these opportunities. I was in a terrible position prior to meeting Spencer, having dealt with multiple low-class and lazy real estate agents. At the time we met I was fed up, but by some miracle Spencer was there for me. His responses were quick, professional, and most importantly there was a legitimate sense of care that he took when guiding me through the confusing market. Not only did he go above and beyond to help me find my dream home, but he also got me into a network of great people who I will be sure to recommend to all of my family and friends. 11/10, cannot recommend enough.
