A student of Bigger Pockets and experts on the show, Heather and her husband are currently seeking investment opportunities just like you. “Time is not our friend at this point in our lives, so getting in the game now is a must!” She grew up around real estate and home building. As a little girl, she was playing in the dirt piles of new construction while making rounds with her grandfather who was a custom home builder. At his side, she learned the importance of integrity in business and treating people right. Heather brings to her clients 30 years of experience in the fields of education and business development. After selling her home of 23 years, downsizing to a tiny house, and then purchasing a new home, it became clear it would be a joy to help others realize their dreams or at least start out strong on the road toward them. “My husband and I enjoy a beautiful blended family. Between us, we have four incredible human beings. Their ages range from 14 to 32. We spend many evenings and weekends on the soccer pitch. Well, besides it while our son is on it. At home, we are playing with our 2 rescue dogs and rescue cat while cooking and enjoying time together.” Heather serves on the board of directors for the Hill Country SPCA, so it is not a surprise that rescue animals are a part of her family. I requested assistance from JoJo Jones to help me list my home of over thirty years . She was very informative and allowed my input and actual expectations to be the basis of how we proceeded forward. Within 30 days I was able to complete the sale. We recently purchased a property in Fredericksburg after several months of looking and pondering options. JoJo Jones was our main guide through this process and her patience and assistance was beyond our expectations. She was an exceptional realtor and always pro-active in seeking our input and desires in the properties she located. She never hesitated to meet our schedules and wishes and was extremely patient with us in the process. Sheila Bibler was also involved in our final property choice, as well, and was outstanding in her assistance, pursuit of answers to all our questions, and contact with the city officials on our behalf. We would strongly recommend this group to anyone seeking a property in the Fredericksburg area.

Lauren and Nicole were the best realtors we could have ever imagined! As first time home buyers, we were clueless to the process of purchasing a home, and they made us feel so assured and answered any questions we had. They also were helpful when it came to recommendations for any house work we needed - roofing, foundation, inspections, gutters, etc.. When it comes time to buy a new home, we will be returning to them. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Nicole and Lauren did a great job. The turn around from once we got started was great. They made sure everything went correctly. Once the house went on the market and less that 24 hrs had an offer. From when the house went on the market had money in the bank less than one month. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy or sell. Linda and I just want to thank you two for the great job you did.

I’ve known her for years & has always been easy to work with, personable & knowledgeable. Her caring optimism has been vital in this stressful time of downsizing. Always available to answer any question or just give a word of encouragement as soon as she can.
We chose Heather as our realtor after finding out she’s with Absolute Charm because they’ve got to be doing something right considering the number of listings & successful sales they’ve had in our town of Fredericksburg, TX.
