Highly recommend, very cozy and peaceful! We booked for a little friend’s trip, and everyone was very pleased and happy with the place. If you’re planning to book a little getaway at the Pocono, I highly suggest you book your stay with Calibrate Estates, their services are great! :)

Josh and Mady have built an amazing team and go above and beyond for every one of their clients. Their communication, attention to details, marketing, and expertise in the STR space all compliment one another to ensure an awesome experience and maximize your bookings!

Calibrate Estates is hands down the best property management team I've ever experienced. The house we stayed in was immaculate, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The outdoor space, complete with a hot tub and fire pit, provided the ideal setting for peaceful and relaxing evenings.
Calibrate Estates team excel in guest relations, ensuring we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made our experience truly exceptional.
If you're looking for a serene and comfortable escape, I highly recommend staying at any Calibrate Estates properties. We'll definitely be back!

The house was absolutely amazing. It covered everything and more we could need. My boys and I had the best time here. The Calibrate team is amazing to work with. They go above and beyond every time we book with them. If your looking for a great experience and a absolutely amazing vacation I would highly recommend them.
