I am an agent and investor in Central Ohio focusing on Single Family and small Multi-Family properties. I can assist with finding House Hacks, Live in Flips, Fix and Flips, and Buy and Hold properties. I have additional expertise in the short and medium term rental market. My goal is help NEW and seasoned investor find great properties and feel confident in their purchases. I am here to help my clients whether its buying, selling, or 1031 exchange. Being a seasoned investor myself, I have a wealth knowledge when is comes to renting and rehabbing in Central Ohio. As an out of state investor I found Isabell's knowledge of the local market key to finding my property. Her quick response time to my questions was greatly appreciated and, I will be using her for all my acquisitions in Columbus.

She is heavily involved in the RE industry there and always gaining knowledge and insight to share with her buyers. We're looking for a second property.
