If you’re new to buying homes, or this is your first time buying property… I highly recommend Kelly Johnson. We started working with Kelly over a year and a half ago… May ‘23 was when we met her. The first house she ever showed me we could barely get in the driveway. When we looked at the house … Right away, I knew her knowledge of what to look for in homes was what I needed to go forward with the process of finding our home. She was looking at things I didn’t think to look at the first time. She’s very knowledgeable in what materials are made of. We looked at a couple of house houses last summer, But had yet to get our pre approval… Which I recommend getting first before you even start looking at houses! Then you know your price range…Last December ‘23. I told her that we would get back in touch with her when we were ready to look again. So fast forward to September ‘24… We get a preapproval and I found a house in Lagrange Georgia. So, I called Kelly and ask her to look into it for me. She called me like the next day with some details… Unfortunately, that house didn’t work out… so within the next couple weeks, I started looking you found another house we were really interested in. When we were talking to her about putting an offer, she went over with us, The process and best course of action, so to speak.
